Motor vehicle specially conditioned for the transport of goods whose permissible maximum weight exceeds 6 tonnes and whose load capacity exceeding 3,5 tonnes. Heads tractor units shall be regarded as heavy vehicles when they have a drive of more than 3.5 tons of cargo capacity.
It is a vehicle of a great weight and that it is capable of carrying heavy load. Among the vehicles heavy is found: the bus, the truck, the tractor, the tractor-trailer, the train, etc.
